SPEAKING
&
writing

Talks and workshops rooted in lived experience, designed to inspire, connect and create change.
Whether delivering a keynote, leading a workshop or joining a panel, I use storytelling to connect with audiences across sectors and generations. My talks are grounded in personal experience from navigating life with Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem, to rebuilding confidence, setting boundaries and finding my voice. I speak from the heart, with humour, vulnerability and care.

One of my core offerings is “Building a Life Worth Living”, a talk about hope, healing and redefining success on your own terms. It explores what it means to rebuild after breakdown, how to centre joy and self-trust, and the tools that have helped me move from survival to self-worth. I’ve delivered sessions in schools, boardrooms, podcast studios and on national platforms including BBC Radio London, Refinery29 and Mind Charity.

Alongside speaking, I also write about mental health, identity and creativity, including a published piece for Happiful Magazine. I’m available for writing commissions and always open to contributing to meaningful platforms, publications and campaigns.
