Self Care Lab - coming April 2021

In the past year, 74% of people have felt so stressed they have been overwhelmed or unable to cope, and stress can result in feeling anxious and/or depressed. The Self-Care Lab is a new monthly online event series launching in April 2021 which aims to support people to feel grounded, empowered and confident in looking after their mental health. We have all heard the saying “You can’t pour from an empty cup”, yet so many of us do, and it’s because we haven’t taken the time out to stop, reflect, and focus our needs.

 

The Self-Care Lab will help you to identify and prioritise what your needs are, through interactive workshops, guest speakers sharing their lived experiences, and creative activities to get your juices flowing. We will explore topics such as coming out of lockdown, managing anxiety, building resilience, and becoming body positive.

 

Tickets are £2 and sign up will be via Eventbrite.
