Today marks the start of #AntiBullyingWeek ⭐️

I spent the day with over 300 school children and people supporting to create a change in their schools and communities, with the aim to stamp out bullying.

This was my 3rd year at @dianaaward @antibullyingpro and this time I supported @oliveisgray and @hxpefullywith their workshop, looking at the positive and negative sides to social media through using drama. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Biggest takeaway from the day is... Don’t be a bystander! If you see someone being a bully, tell a friend, tell a teacher, use the report button, and look after yourself. You are loved and you are enough.
