About the Event

This online workshop is open to everyone who is anxious about life after lockdown. 

Once everything starts opening up again we can feel lots of pressure to book in all the brunches, the outings, the activities, you name it! But it's so important to say "No" sometimes to make room for self-care. 

Come and replenish yourself with self-care tips and soothing self-love practices which aim to reduce anxiety. 

In this workshop we will: 

- Learn practical tips on how to manage anxiety (including social anxiety) and design your own toolkit

- Explore the importance of self-care and self-love 

- Understand how to set and maintain boundaries with ourselves and others
